How we use personal data
Cally Wags uses customer personal data solely for the administration of service provision and the communication of information directly with the customer and agreed third party contacts at the time of service provision or where there is a legal obligation to do so. Personal data and record keeping is in accordance with National licensing regulation (The Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018) and HMRC requirements . Cally Wags does not send marketing emails and does not store customer payment method data.
How personal data is stored and for how long.
Personal data is stored securely and for at least 3 years, longer for HRMC requirements. If customers have not accessed services for a period of three years personal contact data held will be securely removed. Personal data held relating to accounting is kept for the legally required period.
Request for personal data held and data amendment or removal
Customers can request to review related data held by Cally Wags by emailing email@example.com titled 'Personal Data Request'. There is not usually a fee for requests for personal data held but Cally Wags may charge a reasonable fee based on the administrative cost of providing hard copies. Customers can also request personal information held about them is securely removed or amended accordingly. Cally Wags will provide a response to requests within 7 days.
