How we store personal data and who has access
Personal data is kept securely and only accessed by Cally Wags. Information is kept private and confidential and only shared in accordance with agreed third parties as set out in Cally Wags Terms and Conditions, or where there is a legal obligation to do so. Data is made available in line with Swale Borough Council licensing (The Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) Regulations 2018).
How we use personal data
Cally Wags uses customer personal data solely for the administration of service provision and the communication of information directly with the customer and agreed third party contacts at the time of service provision. Personal data ensures appropriate record keeping in accordance with Swale Borough Council licensing, Cally Wags insurance and HMRC requirements and assists the improvement of services and sharing of information about welfare and service provision. Cally Wags does not send marketing emails and does not store customer payment method data. Cally Wags website may contain links to other websites. Cally wags is not responsible for the protection and privacy of any information provided when accessing via Cally Wags website, other websites which are not governed by Cally Wags privacy statement.
How long we keep personal data and why
Cally Wags keeps personal data updated with review forms provided for customers who regularly use services as required for service provision. The nature of Cally Wags service provision means customers are likely to access Cally Wags at least yearly. If customers have not accessed services for a period of three years personal information held will be securely removed. Personal data held relating to accounting is kept for the legally required period.
Request for personal data held and data amendment or removal
Customers can request to review related data held by Cally Wags by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to request full copies of personal data held. There is not usually a fee for information requests for personal data held but Cally Wags may charge a reasonable fee based on the administrative cost of providing hard copies. Customers can also request personal information held about them is securely removed or amended accordingly. Cally Wags will provide a response within 7 days.
